Part of the Senator group, designed in the UK, and manufactured in Ohio factory and
North American distribution. They are mid market to higher.
They really specialize in colour match and having a beautiful finish program.
For example if you have multiple materials such as wood, plastic, metal they will do exact matches.
They also have a amazing environmental and recycling program.
Top selling products are on their Quick Ship program with is very fast and efficient. If I had to chose a favorite from a recent project, it would be Oran.
Arcadia Contract
Arcadia– mid market and their sister-line, Encore, is a little more budget driven. They are out of California. You can toggle back and forth on their website which is a super intuitive website, easy to use – it includes the textile partners.

Uptown Social which is well priced with a range of products including Modular, benches and tables. Delen – picnic style which is always on trend. Worksmith – Industrial looking, cash metal legs with unique style – very trendy with tech companies.
Co-Op Meeting Spaces/Lounge is 30% less than millwork (see pic on the next page) and very customizable.

Canadian company, excelling lead times and diverse range of award winning seating. Task, Side chairs, Lounge and Healthcare.
YOU Task Chair is a top seller – competing very well with a loaded version pricing at $700
L1 and Inertia are also top selling Task Chairs. Great lead times, even with the supply chair issues we have experienced.
Bum Contract
BUM Contract – Outdoor Furniture. This is a growing segment with popular styles are Skyline Sofas and Sectionals. Tucci makes amazing Cabanas and Structures. They stock Pyromania Fire Pits, EMU Picnic and Community Tables, Nardi Seating and More.

David Lane
David Lane – Vancouvers best solution for local manufacturing of quality veneer and laminate office furniture. They specialize in custom design and wide range of finishes to suit your project. Excellent warranty and customer service.
Tables, Desks, Credenzas, Hutches, Reception Units, Boardroom solutions and more! Their Reception Units compete very well against millwork if you have budget driven projects.
They can build almost anything you can design. Decent lead times, working showroom and factory that I have done many client/designer tours at (located just outside the tunnel in Delta) and clients are always impressed.

ENWORK is mid market price point. Conference – Meeting – Training – Benching – Height Adjustable.
My go-to for amazing Conference tables. They specialize in adding power solutions into high design tables.
Their strong suit is CUSTOMIZATION and MATERIALS – they have amazing standard finishes including quartz, corian, glass, veneer, laminate, ply (finished/treated plywood) birch and more. They really like to think outside the box.
Dynamic height adjustable tables and benching – they have a cool product line called Ambition which is a value solution driven open plan benching product with power beam solution.
ERG International
ERG – based in California, a Mid-High End Lounge Seating and Occasional Tables line that has been in business for 40 years.
Very beautiful, highly crafted, all major textiles are all ready graded in so there is no COM
i.e. Club chairs in the range of $1700.00 but still not as expensive as Coalesse from Steelcase and much nicer better craftsmanship and quality.

Their 2 core products are Height Adjustable tables and Monitor Arms/Ergo solutions
Tables: Sort of a good, better, best idea. Tops are LP or HP Laminate, but I can save your client money if they are budget driven, by having the tops made locally here with David Lane or IOF as an alternative.
Centro Screens attached to the tables to provide acoustic value and privacy. Cool product that is made from all recycled materials. They also have a product called Railway which houses the electrical and data – together these all work fantastic to create an open, modern office.

This is a Preserved Moss Accoustic solution – lychin, ball moss and plants and they use a food grade glycerine to preserve it. What sets this apart from others is this has acoustic function and high design space dividers and suspension products.
Love the Rings and Tail Collections – we have seen these specified for restaurants adding that gorgeous nature vibe, which reducing noise.
They are based in Belgium which can have long lead times but for the right project, this is worth the wait!

Intelligent Office Furniture, made to Order Laminate Casegoods – if you can design it, they can build it.
Canadian company based in Mississauga Ontario. They are excellent at custom designs and have a great range of EIR texture board grain laminates. The 2021 line of finishes is now on the website.
IOF is a great solution as we have a lack of well priced custom laminate manufacturers here in Vancouver.
Jordans Flooring
Offer a selection of area rugs, including hand knotted, loomed and more.

Nightingale Chairs
Nightingale is Canadian company based, they have a lot of traditional styles of conference and task chairs but also have some new products line IC2, NLC was just launched at Neo Con
A classic black leather executive chair that would be $2000 with Krug is $900 with Nightingale with the same level of quality.
Nightingale – IC2, beautiful sleek task chair (I just sold 195 of them to Canada Drives, which is my ongoing client) They love them.
They have some cool ancillary lounge type chairs like the Johnny. Super well priced because they don’t over tool and engineer their products with things like multiple back heights – so basically what you see is what you get.
The EC6 is a conference chair that you can add ergonomic functions to, such as lumbar support – to make this a great executive style “task chair” you can sit it all day.
